Edward has more than 12 years of experience in the financial sector, in the field of analytical business research, organization of financial management and optimization of business processes at different business enterprises.
Edward started his career in 1999 as an analyst in one of the consulting companies in Kyiv.
From 2002 till 2010, Edward was involved in projects of strategy diagnostics and development, took part in the development of branch networks of several financial institutions and delivered consulting services for industrial enterprises (business planning , modeling and business processes). Some projects have been implemented within the teams of KPMG and AT Kearney. Edward also helped many companies optimize their operations, which also included application of IT technologies.
As a separate project in 2003-2004, Edward was a project coordinator of the “American Councils for International Education: ACTR / ACCELS”. Edward was actively involved in the project implementation of Accounting Reform in Ukraine (CIPA-EN program).
Since 2007, Edward also delivered commercial and financial due diligence services for a number of large foreign and domestic investors for M&A transactions.
Since 2010, Edward is the managing partner of Suomin Consulting. He is developing several projects in the areas of managerial solutions, business leadership and innovations. Edward is also active in business training and coaching practices.

Graduate of the International School of Business and Diplomatic Studies “The International University of Vienna”, Austria.
Edward is also certified and possesses memberships in International and local professional organizations: ADDP “Association of Due Diligence Professionals“ (USA), IMC “Institute of Management Consultants” (USA), ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (Great Britain), IMPAC University Certificate in operational engineering (USA), CAP Certificate in Accounting (Ukraine).
